Famous Parmesan and Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbs mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Finely chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
  • 2 Tbs milk optional

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients, add milk as needed to thin.
  • Taste and adjust salt, either by adding more cheese or more salt.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
