Zucchini Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
Beat until light and fluffy

vanilla
Add:

flour
, sifted

salt

baking powder

tsp
baking soda

Zucchini
(2 large or 3 small)

crushed pineapple
, drained
½

nuts
½
C
raisins
Instructions
Mix all together.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 9x13” pan.
Bake 9x13 pan at 350° 30-35 minutes, the 2 loaf pans for 1 hour
