Rose’s Zucchini Cake Frosting
Ingredients

milk
3
T
cake flour
1
C
granulated sugar
1
C
(2 sticks) butter, room temperature
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add milk gradually to flour in saucepan, stirring to avoid lumps.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Cool thoroughly.
Cream sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl until fluffy.
Blend mixture into cooled milk mixture.
