Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2+ carrots
  • 6 med onions
  • vegetable oil
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • flour
  • 1-2 eggs
  • milk
  • unseasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Cut carrots in strips and onions in wedges. Brown in vegetable oil in large frying pan, medium to high heat.
  • Trim pork chops. Roll in flour, then dip in mixture of beaten eggs and milk, then roll in bread crumbs.
  • When vegetables are done, remove from oil and set aside.
  • Brown chops in the same oil on med high, when browned remove from pan and put the vegetables back in.
  • Reduce heat to medium low, add 1-2 cups water, cover, and simmer for one hour.
