Ground Beef and Vegetable Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes; sliced
  • 2 medium carrots; sliced
  • 1 can peas; well drained
  • 3 medium onions; sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef; browned
  • 2 celery; sliced
  • 10 1/2 ounces can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water

Instructions

  • Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over the layers.
  • Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
