or chopped fresh
celery

green pepper

salt, pepper, sugar
to taste

Instructions
Brown ground beef and onions
Add tomato sauce and all other ingredients
Add water to desired consistency
Simmer until done
Notes
I sometimes use dried kidney beans that have soaked to soften overnight.
