Rosemary Cheddar Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp dried Rosemary, crushed
  • cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, and rosemary
  • In another bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise
  • Stir wet into dry until just moistened
  • Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups
  • Bake at 400° F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean
  • Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack
  • Serve warm
