Course Salad

Ingredients

COMBINE:

  • 1 C Mayo
  • ¼ C chopped parsley
  • 1 t basil dried
  • 1 garlic clove minced

ADD:

  • 8 oz cheddar cubed
  • 2 C broccoli flowerets
  • 1 C tri-color corkscrew noodles cooked 4 oz, drained
  • MIX lightly CHILL

ARRANGE on platter:

  • 2 med tomatoes cut into wedges
  • TOP with salad and nuts
  • ½ C chopped walnuts . opt
