3 cups peanuts, 1 reserved for crunchy
(Chopped in Processor for Crunchy)
(Pureed Add a bit of peanut oil if needed)
(Generous at the very end. It thickens things up a lot)
Roast at 350° 12-15 minutes or longer. More roasted is better than less roasted. Do not burn.
Process for about 5 minutes on big Cuisinart.
Add chopped peanuts back in and mix.
Store raw peanuts in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
