Pineapple Muerbetig Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Filling

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T corn starch
  • 2 eggs beaten well

Instructions

Cake

  • Mix well, put into coffee cake tin
  • Bake at 350ยบ about 20 minutes

Filling

  • Cook eggs until thick
  • Add pineapple

Serving

  • Use whipped cream on top
